Industrial Maintenance 

Imeval de Occidente realizes all maintenance with the highest quality and are always aware of the services provided, as different companies requires different internal maintenance, which is why we have a great trained and specialized team, we also have high advanced tool in the industry to diagnose, repair and evidence that allows us to ensure the maintenance and repair, perform certain specialized work and getting results with high quality.

Courses received:

  • Train inspection system, detectors and CyberScan Micro HBD hotbox detectors, Instructed by staff from Harmon July 2002.
  • Operation and function of Automatic Equipment Identification AEI instructed by Southern Technologies Corporation (STC) in September 2002.
  • Upgrading AEI, Smart Scan Systems, Defect Detection Systems: Southern Technologies Corporation (STC) in March 2003.

Preventive maintenance to AEI, HBD and regular visits are made, which are basically:

  • Cleaning transducer, scanner and Dragged Objects Detector (DOD).
  • Cleaning of hut, electrical and electronic components.
  • Cleaning and herbicide application around site and embankment.
  • Check condition and operation of all components on the rail road, outside and insidethe HUT.
  • Check the parameter settings.
  • Verification of the correctoperationof electronic boards, processor modules, reader modulesand presence detectors.
  • Measuring voltages in battery charger,battery bank and A Coutput.
  • Measuring the grounding system.
  • Power Measurement in the tag reader antennas of AEI equipment.
  • Operational testing in coordination with the dispatch center and / orFerromex personnel to ensure proper operation of equipment and AEI & HBD.
  • Performing corrective maintenance for HBD & AEI when the dispatch center and / or staff of Ferromex reports faulty equipment or other issues.
  • The correction of failures is guaranteed at any time and on location of AEI & HBD on the rail network, in a period of less than eight hours, achieving higher availability to date of 99.95%.
